We originally ordered the CHI from your above vendor, received it promptly also it was as advertised. However, when it was first used, the CHI did flat irons not maintain temperature and also a defective switch was flat irons detected. After contacting AM Health & Beauty over a Sunday, flat irons they replied with a couple of hours and agreed to refund or replace the tool. Once we wanted a substitute, they provided to ship us a replacement and enclose coming back label therefore we wouldn’t normally need flat irons to pay to send back the defective product! A thing that is nearly unusual these days. I will be very astounded by the service of AM Health & Beauty Service and would recommend them as a preferred dealer!
